At Life Supplements, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. We are committed to fueling your journey with the highest quality products. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, our team will personally review your request and work to make it right within the guidelines below.
1. Our Standards for Returns
To maintain the safety and integrity of our supplements for all our athletes, products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery.
2. 14-Day Satisfaction Window
Your satisfaction is our priority. You may initiate a return request within 14 days of your product's delivery date.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, Life Supplements will cover all shipping and replacement costs. To help us resolve this swiftly, please provide a brief video or photo of the item upon arrival.
4. Change of Mind Returns
If you decide a product isn't for you while it is still sealed, you may return it. In these cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs (both ways) and a small Restocking Fee to cover handling.
5. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the best value for our community, certain items are final sale:

Opened, altered, or damaged products.

Items purchased from our "Clearance" or "Final Sale" collections.
6. Our Refund Process

Verification: Once your return reaches our warehouse, we will inspect and process it within 3 days.

Payment: After approval, bank/card refunds typically appear in your account within 5 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): For your convenience, COD refunds will be issued upon inspection by our courier, ensuring the product remains in its pristine, original condition.
